Mentoring for Inspired Living

My favorite things in life don’t cost any money. It’s really clear that the most precious resource we all have is time. – Steve Jobs

I agree with this wholeheartedly, and am driven to make the most of my time.

I am also driven to help you learn how to do the same.

We are given, as far as I know, this one life.

We have this one amazing chance to shape, feel, and savor everything around us,  so “Carpe Diem!”

This is it.

Make it count.

What Exactly is “Inspired Living?”

Inspired living is finding the blue sky and sun even on a rainy day.

Inspired living is about doing what you can in the moment, right here and now, deliberately creating your future while maintaining a deep appreciation for the wisdom of forces outside of yourself.

Inspired living is about being able to support others in their needs and struggles without getting caught up in those struggles ourselves.

Inspired living means not only making the most of what you have available to you, but also stretching yourself further than you ever thought possible. It means taking risks and growing in directions you didn’t anticipate.
Forget about where your parents thought you ought to be headed.
Never mind what your friends think you should be doing.
This isn’t about what anyone else wants for you.

My mission is to guide and lead you to where YOU want to go.

When It’s Time

What Do I Do?

A mentor is someone who sees more talent and ability within you, than you see in yourself, and helps bring it out of you.  – Bob Proctor

A mentor is a trusted counselor, a guide, a coach, a tutor. They give you the empowerment you crave in those moments when life feels dark or prickly or all twisted and tangled up like a hunk of yarn. And they teach you how to navigate it the next time it comes around.

In a nutshell, I provide you with support to shape new practices for yourself, and encouragement to keep trying even when the going gets rough. I work individually and in groups so everyone can get to their inspired life quickly, easily and with support.

Those who work with me are seeking:

– greater clarity to shape their dreams for the future

– true support for themselves, their goals, and their values

– consistent feedback designed to help them move forward

– wisdom (and the resulting humor) that comes with time and experience

– faith in their ability to change, grow, and soar to new heights

– stability for themselves as well as for those around them

When change seems inevitable, and something in you says, “It’s time.”

This may sound vague, but it’s what I most frequently hear from my clients:
“I just knew it was time.”

Be still. Listen. Trust.

I believe in you. You can do this.
